Pros:Storage:It can hold up to 4 1/2 bottles of water.Water Markers:I can keep track of how much water I am drinking with the water markings in the side of the jug.Strap:I use the jug when I am at work and the gym. The strap easily attaches to my gym bag, so it is one less thing I have to stuff in my bag.Material:I am not sure as to the material it is made out of, but it is very easy to grip. When working out and sweating this comes in really handy and I don¡¯t have to worry about dropping the jug.Mouth Nozzle:This helps with an even flow and distribution of water. I don¡¯t have to worry about too much water coming out a time.Leakproof:This jug has been all over the place (i.e. flipped upside down, on its side, etc.) and has not leaked once. It is truly leak proof.Overall Impression:Very practical for my workouts and tracking my water intake.
